All photographs and videos created by PS:ART Studio remain the intellectual property of the photographer(s), including Philippe Calia and collaborating photographers, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Copyright is not transferred as part of standard commissions.
Commissioned Work & Usage
A commission includes the production of images, the delivery of a curated selection, and the licensing of that selection for agreed uses. The scope of usage is defined per project.
Image Licensing
A license grants permission to use images under defined conditions. Licenses are structured on a case-by-case basis and may vary in duration, territory, media, and type of use. Any use outside the agreed scope requires additional licensing.
Additional Image Requests
Only delivered images are covered under the initial license. Additional images from the same shoot
may be licensed separately upon request.
THIRD-PARTY Use
Use by PR agencies, media, or partners must remain within the agreed license. Extended use may require additional licensing.
